I order a parcel and it has to be delivery last week but still it’s not delivered to my doorstep after paying the charges for delivery. The order was marvelled from surat by Nandan courier services with tracking no 2330200015652 with address and pin code mention over the parcel.
The courier person from Madhur courier nagpur has given me the no of Mr Rxxxxh and the person is saying that I won’t Give the home delivery of the parcel collect from office when asked why not he said meko mat sikhao meko kaha home delivery Dena hai Kaha nhi lena hai lo warna wapas kar dunga. And the same tone was mention by madhur courier office nagpur on mobile saying meko mat sikha kaha home delivery dete kaha nhi lena hai me warna wapas kar dunga this is how they are using language to the consumers and saying like we are bound to collect from their office else they will reverse the parcel back to sender.
Please look into the matter and make strict action against such courier who are just making it hell for the consumers to deal with the courier facility.
