Complaint regarding no refund from Royaloak

On 11th April 2017 I have ordered RoyalOak Book shelf and paid money by credit card. After two months I received broken item and I refused to take that and I have asked to refund my money. That time mail communication was done by royaloak[@]hngretail.com, as they said they are retail agent of Royaloak. in July I have come to know from them that HNG Retails are not working and Royaloak will refund my money, as requested by them I have forwarded payment details to process my money. But everytime on phone they are assuring me to refund mony”within 7 days”. Now no ph number is working and not received any response by mail.
