Complaint regarding no refund from Travolook post cancellation

I booked a air ticket 03 November 2020 srinagar to delhi by travolook .  Total price Rs. 5880 . Travolook canceled the booking . Fare Increase by airline and informed me that your full amount Rs 5880 refund next 20 working days. I call travolook after 20 working days . Refund not receive . Travolook say wait next 10 day but refund not receive. all time next 10 days next 10 days but refund not receive. So Please refund my Amount Rs 5880 . Ref. No. – REFxxxxxxxx5
