Complaint regarding no refund from Zomato for non-delivery

I had ordered through Zomato from freshmenu on 13th December 2018 in the morning which comes to a total of around 82 rs. The order was all confirmed and it showed that it was being prepared. Then about half an he later, a delivery guy called and informed that he could not reach since he was very far from my place. I informed the same to Zomato help. They told me that they contacted the delivery guy and he confirmed that he was 15 Kms away from my location. Then finally I had to request to cancel but surprisingly they told that they could not refund it according to their protocol. I paid for the food to eat and not to prepare and leeave it astray.
