Am having Gold AMC with Eureka Forbes for water purifier that is installed in my home. Having alarm generated so I have logged complaint on 24 Nov’23. Have called so many times to customer care regarding my issue & I spent around 4 to 5 hours till date speaking with customer care to attend my issue. Still no one comes in for. I need to get the equipment serviced or need compensation for non services & 100% money back of my Gold AMC cost. My family full of everyone fell of sick due to drinking from purifier water.
