I have purchased a mobile handset of a reputed company,named NOKIA on December 2017.Price is 13500. Within 3 months software related problem was started.Thankfully the problem was resolved by Nokia Service Centre winthi. 2days.
But after 1 week of previous issue I have started to face display related problem. The handset display suddenly became blank. so I could not use the handset. Then again I have reported to the Nokia service centre on 12th may 2018. They have told me to keep the handset with them because the problem was hardware related and it would come under warranty and I would get back my phone within 2 weeks of time. But today is 8th June2018, still now I donot get my handset.Whenever I call them They are telling me to wait for another 7days.
Please help me to get my phone as soon as possible.In today’s age mobile phone is considered as a basic necessity.So please help me.Please.

How many days did it take for the problem to get resolved? I’m in the same boat, been 20 days that I gave my phone in the service centre, they keep saying the part has been ordered it has been out of stock.
