I purchased a Kurti and Dupatta set from Alankrita Boutique for 1098 rupees on June 9 th 2022. It’s been more than a year and I still didn’t receive the product. I sent an email to their email Id on June 28th 2023 and received an automated reply to contact in their WhatsApp number. I reached out in their WhatsApp Messenger, still no update on my order status. I have been messaging in the given WhatsApp number since June 28th. Owner once responded that as this is an old order, they need to check. Then again no response from them. It’s been a month since I reached out to them raising concern. I told them to either deliver my product or issue a refund. It is really unfortunate that even after paying the price upfront, waiting for such a long time, they are still not taking responsibility/resolve my issue.
If they are taking other people’s hard earned money, it is their responsibility to make sure the product is delivered to their customers on time. If it doesn’t happen and customer complaints to them about it with all details, then also taking no action is absolutely not acceptable.
Please help me with this issue.
