Complaint regarding non-delivery by Delhivery

My product has not been delivered to me though I got message on my mobile and email that it has been delivered on 26.10.2018 evening but actually I did received it even up to evening of 27.10.2018. I contacted the seller and they assured to verify from the courier partner. However I tried a lot to contact Delhivery on phone no. 01246719500 number of times almost half of the day on 27.10.2018 to inquire about the delivery but no body picked up the phone call. I also emailed regarding the delivery but no answer was received from their side till now. AWB no.977215790514

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
