My father was an NRI from Abudhabi worked there for almost 25 years. On his time of retirement on 2022, he sent a cargo of 100 kilograms on December 2022 through Fasttrack Express Cargo International LLC, UAE to Kerala, India. It was picked up on 12/01/2023 from Abu Dhabi and it has reached Mumbai, India on 17/02/2023. The expected date of delivery was on first week of March, 2023. And the last update on the tracking site was showing that the package was waiting for customs clearance and then the expected delivery changed to April 24, 2023. I tried to reach to the concerned courier – cargo company regarding my cargo package but they were reluctant to answer me or give updates about the clearance, delivery, status of my product etc. The customer service is very bad and they’ve never shown a piece of respect or they didn’t want to know what their customer have been going through. We trusted on the company and send the cargo through them and after that they never gave any updates. After many months they replied that they’ll give compensation to us very soon and we waited for updates. Then after many months again they said they are working on it and the cargo will reach us soon.
Main issue with the company is that they don’t give a damn about the customer and they’re reluctant to us to give any updates or replies. They never replied me after seeing my messages. After many months of messaged they’ll reply and will say some bullshits and then my messages will be gone not replied again. I want my cargo and compensation for the value of my products and for the mental agony they caused. There are many important products, gadgets, documents etc inside that cargo. The consignment number of the cargo courier is Fxxxx8.
