Complaint regarding non-delivery by gomechanic

I have placed an order on 15 Dec 2022 and they promised to deliver on 05 Jan 2023 and on 8 Jan 2023 they cancelled my order with reason that they can’t deliver the same. If they can’t deliver the order why they took order and kept my money for their own good. This is the third time I am facing this issue with GOMECHANIC
