ON 24th April 2024 we had placed an order through your Instagram’s page Business Chat. ON enquiring how to order reply was to place order through chat and Pay online to a UPI ID ( Jxxxxx2@jio)
Subsequently size of the dress selected was given and a payment of 3999 was done to the asked UPI ID (jxxxxxx2@jio) and screenshot was shared along with address where order was supposed to ship. Time given for free shipping was 8-10 days.. But when it wasn’t received again on ur insta page chat, status of shipment and tracking I’d was asked.. But response wasn’t there except for that order is shipped
But till Now 27th May (33 days) order is not received resulting in unwanted agony to us ( customer) reflecting bad experiences to the customer
So you are requested to kindly provide Proper details about the shipment as in Date of shipment, tracking Details and AWB or any other dateils about the order.
