Complaint regarding non-delivery by Instagram vendor Paper castle

Non-arrival or ordered item after collecting cash. Value: 990

I am a student studying in Bangalore. I had ordered a f1 jacket on an Instagram page named Paper castle on 19th July 2024 which costed me 990rs. I had done the payment through google pay to upi id: The seller provided me their contact number ( +91 9xxxxxxxx4 ) . The seller was very active till i transferred the money but isn’t responding to my texts or calls since then. The seller didn’t send me a bill or any order details regarding my order. Almost 1 month since i ordered and still i haven’t received my order yet and no response from the seller.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
