Complaint regarding non-delivery by Meesho

Nondelivery of item for 6 days and now the status shows as delivered. Value: Cash on delivery

I have ordered an item in mesho (35xxxxxxx08). It was reached on my destination on 06-01-2024. but they didn’t made delivery to me and now it shows as delivered but items not actually received to me.(AWB No.70xxxxxxxx44 ). i tried to contact the delivery agent and manager but they didn’t pick up my call.
