Complaint regarding non-delivery by mydukaan.io

Product worth INR 885/- is not deliver to me, even after 15 days of purchase. Value: INR 885/-

I have purchased 2 items comprised of 4 trolly bags worth INR 885/- from “Lavish Luggage” – Online store, on 5th jun, 2024 at 1.38 am on “mydukaan.io”. The Ad link usually coming on youtube, So I saw, clicked on the the link, “mydukaan.io” opened up.

Problem happened, after 15 days of purchased, the iteam has not delivered yet! they don’t have cust care no or helpline
