Complaint regarding non-delivery by nutriherb

As I ordered product from nutriherb on 23rd dec 23 which is yet not recieved by me as I enquired from the product portal as the mailer received by them they told me that product is recieved by me on 30th dec 23 but I had not to then they send me tracker no for the same but portal is showing undelivered but Ecom service is telling that they have delivered in wrong place my order was prepaid order and valuable for me as it was supplement . Both nither company nor Ecom service is telling to whom the parcel is delivered as I put wrong contact number but address and email I’d was correct. I had communicated the same with nutri support team . Kindly help me in this matter .
