Complaint regarding non-delivery by online shopping portal

I have ordered garments from YNR lehenga on 12 July 2020 of rs. 598. But till now they neither deliver my products nor refund my money..When I asked them to refund my money then they provide a google form of money refund policy and when I filled it, my all amount from thr account has been deducted..Now they are not receiving my call and also not responding me on email and not on messages.
