Complaint regarding non-delivery by Pepperfry and no refund

I made an online order through Pepperfry app for arm rest office chair on 15th Oct. It was supposed to be delivered  in 2 weeks time. Its been 1 and half months and hte chair is not delivered. I made a complaint on twitter by tagging them and heard a customary response that they will look into it but to no respite. I had ordered the chair as I am working from home and since it is not delivered.. I am struggling on a day yo day basis due to poor ergonomics. I am getting back pain, leg pain, hand pain due to long hours that i have to sit and work. Also, the attitude to blatantly ignore the request/complaint is very disturbing for me.
