Complaint regarding non-delivery by Saraf Furniture

I had placed an order from SARAF Furniture (Dining Table) on 24th APR, was told to me to deliver by 13-17-MAY; however, It was promised to be delivered by 20th May because of the finishing touch; Today (on 21 MAY) while enquiring I was told this will be completed by month end.
Till date I have not yet received my Product, nor the Team is confirming a date of delivery.  The customer care is also giving us the same copy & Paste messages all the time which doesn’t have any Date of Delivery; Now I have a serious doubt on their intention if they can deliver the product anytime ever? Also as I heard from others – they don’t return the money back nor they give us the date.
Its a serious matter as their intention looks suspicious now. Kindly look into this
