Some extremely urgent courier containing important receipts pertaining to company bills did not reach the destination since almost more than a week now. Trackon courier no- 1327544051. This was supposed to reach on 11th Dec . keeping 1 day buffer, I started tracking with the manager and trackon support from 13th Dec. Have talked to multiple people but no viable response from the team. Both trhe mobile numbers mentioned on the tracking site are not reachable or incorrect. They simply keep on asking the destination address and other party name and phone number but hardly any action from their end. The courier contained bills amounting to 5.5 Lakhs INR, which was to be submitted as proof for an important report and reimbursement.
