I’m the receiver of the parcel. I haven’t received my parcel yet. My last status update for this is on 4 June.
When I try to contact the customer care, they won’t even pick up the phone call.
Finally after long hours of hardwork my call gets connected. He listens to complaint. He says you will receive your complaint number via SMS and also the further updates. But still I won’t have received any Complaint number or any update from them.
