Complaint regarding non-delivery of certificate by Delhivery

A few months back I submitted my share certificate of Reliance Chemotex ltd for D-MAT purpose to Zen securities,Hyderabad.Later they charged the amount for processing and mentioned in the statement it was not D-mated.After two months when I approach Zen they informed me they sent the same through DTDC courier .And I informed that I could not receive .When I demanded the receiver signature, they mailed the scanned copy of the the receiver signature,.Informed the signature is not tallied and forged one.They advised me to contact theDTDC .And i approached DTDC people, informed me it was delivered on 12th June.and in the track history of DTDC -address was not found for ten days and it shows suddenly successfully delivered. the signature of the receiver not tallied.What ever may be the case the Zen people sholud restore the document.They hesitate to take action against dtdc courier .I mailed number of times no reply from Zen.
