Complaint regarding non-delivery of item Tata Salt by Flipkart vendor

I wish to bring to your notice that I did not find/receive Tata Salt Lite Namak (qty 2) when my delivered sealed grocery bag was opened by me yesterday evening. The total number of items as ordered wide Order #OD4xxxxxxxxxxxxx200 was 10 items but I received only 8 items. Instead of Tata Salt Lite Namak (qty 2), I received (Qty1) Classic Green Moong Dal (Whole) package which was originally included in my order (refer attached Flipkart Package bill)

My payment for the above order was Rs. 1719.00 whilst goods I received were worth Rs.1607.00. Why ?

I would appreciate it if you please look into this complaint urgently. Looking forward to hearing from you with your favourable response.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
