Pan card not delivered by velex Logistic couriers. Regarding worst courier service. My newly generated PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL through velex Logistic pvt.ltd.courier service on 18/12/2022. Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. i send a parcel with doc no. 184077269 dated 4/01/23 by air to secundrabad ,but til now dated 10/1/23 time 5.00pm parcel not delivered if by air delivery taking 6 days than normal delivery will take 20 to 30 days may be. very poor service & no proper feedback from your side
