My pan card has not delivered since 2 February and acknowledgment number is 390549700037291,
Velex logistics Pvt Ltd querier hasn’t delivered my pan card at my communication address yet ,in document it has written that it will dispatch on 2 February. My tracking number/ speed post number- 23313723013
