Complaint regarding non-delivery of PAN card

NSDL sent my Pan Card on 08 sept 2021 through Velex Logistics (Also Kerry Indev courier services). It has been delayed and not recieved till date despite it has reached destination Jaipur on 13th Sept 2021. No one either contacted so far.

Tried reaching on 022-40420000 and emails info@kerryindevexpress.com, enquiry@kerryindevexpress.com but No one responding.

Seen many complaints against kerryindev where delievery of PAN card was not done on time. Please look into this on Priority as PAN card is needed to link with Aadhaar and other banking services.

    However I would like to highlight that
    – Delievery took long time.
    – No response on email/call recieved from Courier Service
    – Delievery executive confirmed that card received because complaint was raised. Otherwise there are lacs of PAN card lying there undelivered. This is truly unprofessionalism esp for PAN document.

    I would request you to investigate on this matters as there are lot of complaints against courier service partnered with NSDL, and service is very poor. Preferred if dispatched through Speedpost.
