Complaint regarding non-delivery of parcel by DTDC

I am residing at Hubli location. last month 29-06-2023 I have booked a courier through DTDC from Hubli to Vijayapura Town Devanahalli Taluk Bangalore Rural and Pickup point at Keshwapur store name : Panjurli Store.  he informed me it will be delivered within 3 days from the date of receipt (I.e.29-06-2023) it has been a 22 days since that Parcel ???? box has not been delivered and I’m continuously following up with the local DTDC and Bangalore KOGILU DTDC branch also and every day they are telling me the same story “TOMORROW IT WILL DELIVER “ It’s been 22 days still every day these fellows are telling same story and I got know that my parcel ???? box has misplaced by DTDC Courier people and no response from any of the executives and neither by local courier person nor by Bangalore KOGILU DTDC courier persons and requested many times atleast return me back my courier ???? box I can choose some other courier but nothing in vain.

I’m helpless and hopeless by these irresponsible persons maintaining courier services by making all false commitments and false things and cheating the people it’s better to shutdown these kind of cheating companies if they are in capable why should they run this kind of Courier services making others into trouble I’m writing with my heavy heart ?? for getting early resolution and some strict action can be taken against these fellows .
