Complaint regarding non-delivery of products by Mamaearth

Mama earth products not delivered. Value: 781.85 rs
I ordered the anti acne kit from mama earth on 19th January 2023 and received message on 22nd January 2023 that my product is delivered but I haven’t got it yet it was a prepaid order and I’m getting no support from the customer care of mama earth please look into this matter

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
