Complaint regarding non-issuance of LIC duplicate bond

Non delivery of duplicate LIC policy. Value: 800000

I have applied for obtaining duplicate policy bond in Nov 2024 and also, paid the charges required for the same. It is now more than 2 months still i didn’t get the duplicate policy bond. Also, i have mailed them multiple times but there is not a single reply from LIC
