I was working in a company in Jaipur. I worked from 10th March-21st May. I asked my owner to provide joining letter he didn’t provide. He asked me for one cancel cheque when I joined and aadhar and pan card which I already provided to him. He said we will signing 1 year bond with you. He didn’t provide me copy of that and get it signed. The salary was also didn’t come on time. It was said salary will come between 10-15 day of the month but never come on that date. Then in the month of May he asked me salary slip of previous company. I said I work as a freelance can’t give you salary slip and I shared previous company salary slip. He asked me for bank statement I said you provide me joining letter will provide you bank statement. In the time of covid where government ask not to open office at that time also he used to open the office as he was having hospital as a client. So he gave us Mahatma Gandhi hospital Id card and ask us to come to office and work there. Later on 10th May he asked us to do work from home and I said I don’t have wifi at home so he said get it done. So the wifi cost me 2744 and that is also not reimbursed. I mean I don’t need wifi at home just for my reason. I can do my stuff with the mobile data. I said I will take legal action and shooted mail it to them regarding legal action. Then also there is no response. whatapp and shooted mail it to them regarding .
