Complaint regarding non-receipt of cashback from zomato

Did not Get Cash back from Zomato. Value: 100. I have ordered food on Zomato on 01/10/2021 worth Rs 654. I applied an offer on Axis bank debit card of Rs 100 cash back. Still did not get it from Zomato also I could not able to complain as they do not have any provision to receive complaints. Please help me out on these
