Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from GoAir

I had booked tickets for 4 passengers via travel agent for Goair airline. As the airline has stopped operations, I have to keep following up with the travel agent for my refund. There is no update from them and when asked, they say it will take 6months for refund. I was surprised when I called the airlines and they said they have already made refund to the aggregator for my ticket. There are no updates from aggregators and we have to follow up again and again.. the customer service is rude and not supportive.. till now I hav not got a refund for my travel dd 26th May
