ITM Group of Institutions is an AICTE approved institution and their website mentions that they follow strict guidelines of AICTE still I paid the first installment of Rs 25000 through a demand draft dated 01/02/2021 drawn on State Bank Of India, Branch:- Rishra-1771 and I applied for the refund on 26/02/2021 but today is 11/07/2021 and I have not received my refund and neither are they replying now they only say that the refund wil be processed after 31/07/2021 however as per AICTE guidelines if a student has applied for the refund of the fees then the institution is bound to return the money within 7 days of the refund application submitted by the student. It has been almost 4 months but still they are not refunding the amount due to which I am facing certain financial crunch.
