I ordered a product what to 2748 from from Myntra on 19 December and they have cancelled my order on 23rd December. They refunde 2474 to my wallet and remaining in Myntra cash. And I noticed that Myntra cash has an expiry of one day and with my notice my Myntra cash balance got 0 in a day.
I asked my whole refund to my wallet but they gave half the price in my wallet and remaining to Myntracash which I didn’t ask.
Those were my money and according to a consumer a person can use its own money e for its own benefit but this company has cheated me and mere jaise or bhi log.
I have added to screenshot please say what these people do to your refund money. Jo tumhare hee hai..
Yeh log Myntra cash me daal dete hai ek din ki expiry dedenge or Myntra cash ka you can use 10% bass .. mere paiso me mera haq nhi hai..
This is how they are doing scam from student pocket.
