I purchased “relax” plan with No Broker. This website states that if I am not able to find a suitable room they will refund my money, enough said. I asked their customer executive before buying the plan whether they can help me finding a suitable room, They promised me to help but as soon as my payment was done no one contacted me for two days and when i followed up they said we have some technical errors. After multiple calls I decided to opt out of their plan on second day and asked for a refund as I didn’t find their services as advertised and I didn’t use their service. They first told me that they have raised my refund request. I everyday called them for a follow up on my refund request but they keep lying to me that it’s in process.
After a week once of their customer executive name Kxxxxxn told me they can’t give me refund. When i ask for a reason he said we don’t refund you can use our service instead. I then called my relationship manager assigned by NO Broker name Axxxxa kxxxxu. She also didn’t pick my calls and when I emailed her she also ignored my emails for requesting for refund. After multiple attempts I gave up and submitting my consumer complaint here. Please help me with my refund. I have full faith in Indian government for helping people have fair results. Businesses like No broker has monopoly and they’re very arrogant. They play with people emotion and money. This is not fair and some action should be taken against them to be fair with consumers.
It’s my humble request to kindly look into this matter and help me getting my money back. I have attached a copy of my purchase invoice. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
