Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from OYO

So I have booked two rooms from OYO yesterday night for celebrating Christmas party with my friends and they didn’t allow us to check in to the hotel as two of my friends didn’t carry the original hard copies of their ID but did have the soft copies and nowadays Digital India plan is working everywhere but still the property manager didn’t let us to check in. We contacted OYO customer service for this and they say there’s nothing we can do so I said them to give the refund for my bookings so they did refund me the money with the booking ID-XWAC2148 with the amount ?1325 and the associate disconnected the call without refunding me the money for the second booking and now in the money when I have contacted them again they are saying they won’t be refunding me the amount of ?1229. So I request you to please look to this matter as this leads to a matter of fraud.
