I booked Air tickets on Paytm and was debited an amount of Rs 7653/. The transaction, subsequently Failed at Paytm end. I spoke to their Customer Care Phone executive and was informed that since the transaction had failed, I will be receiving the entire amount paid as refund within a maximum of 14 days. The Amount was to be directly credited to my account from where I had made the payment. Unfortunately, its far beyond 14 days but I have still not received any refund. My various mails to them on their care[@]paytm.com have been answered by a standard reply that they are working on it. Really now left at their mercy as I do not have too many options on getting a resolution to my problem.
