Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Westside

Refund not received for CANCELLED items, complaint raised 24 days back, no response from the customer care, tried on call, tweeted, messaged on insta, mailed, and still no response. Mailed them recently they are closing the complaint without giving any response.

Refund from Asia Steel – Rs.5,000/-: Mr. Navin Prasath of Ullagaram, Chennai 600091, Tamil Nadu had ordered for an antique oval sofa plus other items by paying a sum of Rs.5,000/- in advance on 04-11-2017. Even after three months he did not get delivery of the products. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund. Mr. Prasad posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Mr. Prasad got refund on 13-01-2018. However, she did not receive the order even after a month and her telephone calls to the customer care did not yield any fruitful results.
