Complaint regarding non-refund of Big Bazar membership amount

Refund of deposit amount in Big bazar profit club. Value: 9500

Sir I became a member of Big Bazar Profit Club by depositing Rs.10000 with purchase facility of Rs.12000/- through their agent in which I have made purchase for only Rs.1000/-. Two months after buying the membership card, the Big Bazar store got sold out. I have requested for refund of the card amount but not getting the same. Please help me get the refund amount.

Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one.
