Sir, I had recently registered for an online mock test package of RRB-PO PRELIMS consisting of 45 MOCK TESTS on 11th July,2018. I purchased this package for Rs 300/- through DEBIT CARD from your NEW PORTAL. You have provided me only 3 MOCK TESTS in which NONE OF THE TEST IS WORKING or ACTIVATED. Sir, I had purchased many mocks from your academy ( e.g- SBI PRELIMS EXTENDED, SBI PO PRELIMS,IBPS PO, IBPS SO , IBPS RRB and many more…) but this is the first time that I am facing a problem. Kindly EITHER PROVIDE & ACTIVATE all the mock tests mentioned in the given package OR REFUND MY FEES.
