I purchased Oneodio headphone in the Nov-20 through amazon and started to use this in the month of June-21 and came to know that right side ear cap lock is almost free and not working, there is no physical damage seen from out side , some internal issue is there, so i contacted to customer care of Onedio but they are not ready to replace or repair the same despite the warrenty of two year. You are requested to look into this and provide us relief.
