Sir, I had received a call from a company (ACL Enterprises) for the data entry work, he threatened me in the name of Agreement and said that if I do not submit work with 90% accuracy within seven days and I will have to pay back to one of their employees. I asked them to provide his company’s GST, PAN’s certificate too but they refused. I think this is a fraud company. Please take some legal action on this company.

I received a call from a unknown company for data entry work . And sent a unknown link with blank page they told to signature to be proceed .
I asked her T&C but she told no any T&C. And we have to given task to complete it in 7 days with 90% accuracy then I will get payment otherwise my account will block.
I asked again T&C but she told only to be complete in 7days
Then I refused to work immediately and request to cancell my profile. I am not interested.
She replied ok.
After 7days I am getting fraud call to be threatened and they sent me fraud message as legal notice from taking name of ahmedabad court and they are asking money 28000 .
Don’t try to find any data entry job
Request gov to take action against these.

They give me work of 600 form filling job in 7 days and says if I am unable to complete the task I have to pay 5500/- + gst. Today I paid them 6490/- to them as I can’t complete my task. I also had same experience. I got a call from 081xxxxxx50 and asking to start a work no need to pay any fees. Actually the type work was quite boring. Since he is speaking our regional language and 5 days work. Even though boring I took the work. Once the work completed to evaluate they asked one week time. After that they sent a link. They messaged password for opening the link will sent by voice message. They sent but was not clear. Since then they asked me to pay 605 Rs for getting password. I didn’t pay. After that they sent a statement showing the company owed to me 68000/ Rs . For getting that I have to pay 10%..20% 30% went on. It happened six months back. I left like.
Now a new type of cheating is going on in the name of ADITEQ WITOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF ADITEQ. One lady her Tel No. Is 9199xxxxxx68. I used to apply for Quikr jobs as simply sitting at home. Actually the work was little boring, because of her convincing I took the work. I took the work on the condition of no need to pay for the work. Finished the work and sent on time.Then she sent a message showing this much owed to me and for getting that amount I have to pay 3,500/- Rs. She used to speak malayalam. So take care. I am Rupa Singh, done this data entry work with the company based in gujarat- resume service. They gave me work of 600 form filling job in 7 days and says if i am unable to complete the task i have to pay 5000/- + gst.Please help me from this fraud company. Now they are telling me that if i don’t pay them they will take legal action against me. Too much torture they are giving. Till now i haven’t paid them anything.
I was asked to complete 1000 forms in 10 days and an agreement was made of 10 days. They registered me on 17th and nearly at 6pm i was given my id and password to start the work they told me to submit the work on 27 before 12:00 AM.
I completed the work with 90% accuracy and rechecked the work. When the work time was over i submitted correctly at 2 mins before the alloted time and they said me to wait for the final report to generate. They took nearly 3 days to generate the report. When they generated final report i noticed that the mistakes they had pointed are fake and they have done by their own side because i have checked them all before submitting and i have proofs against them i have screenshots of the forms before submitting and also after the report. They had made my forms wrong and are now calling me and asking me for the refund because the work is wrongly done (which actually is correct they had made wrong by their own side) and i refused to do so because i pointed their fraud so they said that they will take legal action against it and threatened me to pay the fees or they will file a FIR against me.
I have blocked their calls and messages.

The same thing happened to me on 8/11/2021, I signed an agreement by CRYSTOTECH COMPANY which was obviously a fraud ( I happened to know about its scam later), it was a data entryy job, so hence I refused to do the work and ignored their calls upon which they are now threatening me that a legal action will be taken. against me if I fail to pay them 4800+gst, i did my research against this company on the basis of which I am saying that they are frauds, they are harassing me eith calls and messages continuously so I haved blocked their numbers but they are really annoying and disturbing… I am thinking of taking legal legal advice against them as they do not stop harassment by calling from different numbers.. People I request you not believe these frauds and scammers and not to fall in their traps and never to give them your ids or adhhar ehich they will surely ask for. It was a huge mistake that I did so unknowingly and now facing harassment from these scammers.

I’m an full time employee but due to medical emergency I agreed to work for data entry jobs as a part time.
I agreed for two projects where both of them are frauds.
1) Wilto services
2) DatataskPro.live
First of the agreement they shared had a previous year date and I asked the payment proofs which is sent to the employees but they denied.
I saw that the entered data getting manipulated whenever I submit so obviously reaching 90% accuracy is impossible. Thereby they will reject my profile and I have to pay them 5k rupees.
Since I knew that my profile will be rejected since the website itself had an trick to manipulate entered data to reject the profiles in quality check I stopped working and asked them to cancel my registration.
But they told they will send a legal notice and threatening me. Since the agreement is fake which of previous year I signed it is no more valid. Also the website is not secure which has an expired certificate. I’m not willing to pay them single penny.

I have given data entry job by RELIABLE DATA SERVICES LIMITED, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400705. total pages was 15 and payout of Rs.2500/-. I paid registration fees of Rs.120 and after submission of job they told me that I have done 82% correction and eligible to get Rs.2500/- but for that I have to pay Rs.1000/- first for ECS registration but this was not mentioned in the registration form. they refused to pay me the amount until I pay Rs.1000/-

I received a call from Mr.Vijay of Ask tech providing data entry job, they sent 162 pages wanted me to complete within 15 days, I completed and submitted, Before giving the job or at the time of submission they have not asked any amount one day after submission they asked for Rs.4000/- as processing fees which will be refunded with 1st month salary, after paying the amount they said within two days they will release the salary along with deposited amount but later on their mobile went switched off. Neither my deposit money has come nor my salary has come.

As I am in the Same situation, opted for a data entry job. Back in April 2019. Was not able to complete it due to health issues. Paid them over 10K-15K as I was not able to complete the job. They asked me to send a request for contract termination, which I did. And now today I got a call from a lawyer telling me that the contract was not terminated and that I have to pay over ? 2 lakhs because I did not end the contract with them. And they are asking to show up in court and pay them.
