I had ordered two products from an online shopping app named Cartwear. I had ordered on 30th August 2020 and got them delivered on 5th September 2020. It was cash on delivery. When the package arrived it had two cloth pieces and it was nowhere near to the dresses I had ordered. I will attach the product pictures. It was worth rupees 1188. It was delivered to me by Xpressbees courier services. The page does not contain any phone numbers or address. The bill which was attached to the package said it came from somewhere in Gujarat and a fraud phone number was given. I contacted them through Facebook messenger and threatened them anyhow and they said they will return me the money by 4-5 days. I’m afraid they won’t. They are just looting by opening a fraud page. Please help me!

I have gone through the same situation through cartwear. I also messeged them through messenger while they replied I’ll get my money in 2 or 3 days. Now it’s already 5 days and they have stopped replying my messages

I had ordered One product is that white suit from online shopping app named Cartwear .I had ordered on 3 Sept 2020 and got them delivered on 8 Sept 2020 .It was on cash delivery .And when I opened the packet ,it had very dirty blue Saree instead of white suit .But outside of that packet he had written white suit but when I open the packet there was a dirty blue color Saree in it .It was worth rupees 971. Sir we too have earned every money by hard work and if we go Bad Like this.What should we do now sir / mam.It was delivered to me by bluedart courier service .I contacted them by facebook messenger and they said they will return the money by 4,5 .I am afraid they want .ye facebook fraud page Bnakr logon ko loot rhe hai mujhe m abhi tk koi paise nhi waps kre inhone. Please Sir / mam help me please ????
