Complaint regarding online shopping from Instagram channel

I have purchased watch on 14-09-2020 from watch zone page on Instagram owned and managed by Vxxxxn Bxxxxxxxj contact number 96xxxxxx5 https[:]//instagram.com/watch.zoneee?xxxxxxx

It was promised to deliver the product within week but even after 10 days he was giving excuses.
I asked for refund and he agreed to refund it but still till date he is not refunding the amount or giving any reply to my massages. Also, I asked for product instead if not refunding.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
