I have a complaint against Indigosms.com, this is an Online Job oriented company. As per their rules the clients will have to send 500 Advertising SMS to different people in India on daily basis, payment will get every Saturday.
I have transferred Rs.1349 for registration(refundable) on 29th November 2017, then I have stated my work on 4th December 2017, I completed my work successfully for 6 days but they are rejecting some SMS without any reason, next day they have added these rejected SMS repeatedly. They are not able to display our work status in our log In page, their policy is Whatever the number they are telling that we have to accept as successful. After one week of my job, their Agent has said that we can’t give your salary for the 6 days, you did not complete your work properly. Now they are not giving my refundable amount also. Many times I have contacted but he did not respond properly.
I lost my money (Rs.1349) for registration and don’t get money for my work effort. They are collecting money from people then cheating them. Please take proper action against the Company and Agent over my complaint. I hope that you will do the needful at the earliest. Thanking You,
