I have ordered a laptop in the month of march and got the product late which makes to loose my patience as they took nearly 10 days. When i open the product , it is found out to be defective. I raised a refund request in TataCliq. They make unusual delay to accept refund and lock down came then i was asked to wait for their resume of services. I waiter so long and govt has given permissions to resume e-commerce, while every other e-commerce is working , TataCliq is saying that it will take more time to schedule my pickup. As i student, i have been doing nothing with faulty laptop therefore i kindly request you to guide me..
