This is regarding my prepaid order with firstcry which was expected to be delivered by 4th October but is still not delivered and when connected with first cry customer care in frequent interactions they are not committing a deadline only claiming that team is working and I will get my delivery soon.
In my last interaction the logistic team directly blamed the xprees bees for the delay and even when I tried getting and update with the AWB 1xxxxxxxxxx3 , still I don’t have any update from them.
I demand my order with a committed time or refund on my mom ey and compensation for the harrasment against the first cry and xpressbees.

I have prepaid ordered a packet of pampers diaper on 15th July’22 to Firstcry.com and the promised delivery date is next day 16th July’22 in Bangalore. But I have not received the delivery yet by EOB 18th July’22. When I am interacting with Firstcry customer care, they are always claiming that their team is working and doing false promises that I will get my delivery soon.
I need my product ASAP or refund my money with harrasment compensation from this fraud Firstcry.com. They just don’t have any responsibilities towards customer.

Hi,
Delivery date is 1 st Jan and delivery boy also called to us to take the courier. But still I didn’t receive any courier. Delivery of expressbees is very poor
