Complaint regarding order on Snapmint

Yesterday I was ordering realme wireless neckband via snapmint everything was great until found that the order has not been placed on Flipkart neither it has any tracking number on snapmint. Also deduction of down payment of rupees 270 has been done and also EMI have been process but the product has not been ordered. There is no sign of any sort of order of realme neck band in my Flipkart account. Please do return my down payment of 270 rupees and cancel the EMI.
