Complaint regarding order placed for Crocs shoes, amount paid

I have pay the amount of Rs.349/- online purchase, the website said as, https://croccmalll.com/ for purchasing Crocs shoes. I have made the payment through Cred UPI of Rs. 349 on dtd. 31.03.2023, I have received mail for the same, but the merchant name shows as Shivans Tex.
Bu there is no any mail or message received regarding our purchase or order.
Still we have not receive any product.
I think this is fake website & fake UPI too.

    I have ordered crocs slippers online via instagram …paid money but no confirmation till date via mail or msg

    Same thing me also one of web corc shoes I have 349 for one pair I have got mail confirmation also
    It is fraud company not original

    I have placed an order through Instagram offer today morning (02/08/2023) for Rs. 349 and shipping charges was added for Rs. 59 and a total of Rs. 408 was paid for that order. But I have not received any confirmation mail or message for the order placed. I think so it is a scam website. Please help me to recover the amount.
