Complaint regarding order placed with industrybuying

In order the kirloskar openwell submersil pump through industry buying order online website and the order is conformed by the official mail from the company. I paid the full amount and assured that it to be delivered 7th working day from the order placed. But the 6th day the company cancel my order with out any proper information and intimated later by mail(12.30pm 13.10.2017 the reason due to unavailiabilty of the product. But today ( 12.30 pm 13.10.2017 ) also the product available in the same website(industrybuying.com). All email conversation are screen shorted and shared with u. order no.102749782(items) order date: 7th October 2017(12.30 pm) Kirloskar openwell submersible pump KOSN-1.525 1.5 HP Qty :1 Rs.6571.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
