Complaint regarding order placed with Jio Mart

I have ordered 1kg fig of amount Rs.699 from jiomart. I recieved completely rotten figs which is not edible. There are insects (caterpillars and eggs) inside the packet. I recieved this packet on 5th March, 2023 and when i opened that sealed packet on 16th March, 2023. I saw terribly rotten figs. I have complaint about it on jiomart and they replied you can only return your product within two days of delivery. They are not allowing and exchange or refund. Please look in to the matter..
